About William
William L. Oemichen is a partner at Oemichen Bridgewater LLP. Oemichen graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and is currently pursuing a PhD in legal research there, where Oemichen also serves as a Senior Research Fellow in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. Oemichen is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and has taught cooperative and business law for decades in both the United States and Canada. Oemichen provides legal consulting to some of Canada's largest cooperatives and serves on the Board of Farm Credit US, a cooperative financial institution supporting American farmers. Oemichen has advised organizations at the local, national, and international levels on governance and parliamentary procedure.
