About William

William Desrochers is a lawyer based in Gatineau who represented a group of parents challenging the application of Quebec's COVID-19 vaccine passport to minors aged 13 to 17 in school, extracurricular and sports settings. He filed the constitutional challenge on their behalf in November 2021, and the case continued even after the passport requirement was lifted, after the court used its discretion to allow the matter to proceed given the significance of the issues raised.
