Whitney Evans

Whitney Evans is an associate who has practised family law since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2024. She became interested in family law during graduate studies, where her major research project looked at matrimonial real property law as it applied to First Nations peoples. She attended law school at the University of Windsor and articled at the Windsor-Essex Bilingual Legal Clinic.
