Marchetti Family Law and Mediation is a family law firm in Burlington, Ontario, founded in 2019 by Christine Ann Marchetti. Marchetti was called to the Ontario bar in 2005, after earning a law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2004 and a B.A. from the University of Toronto in 2001. Before opening this practice, Marchetti worked at McDonald & Partners from 2007 to 2013 and was a partner at Stanchieri Family Law from 2013 to 2019. The firm has since grown to include several associate lawyers and a senior family law clerk, and it isn't limited to a single approach: it handles divorce, separation, parenting time and decision-making responsibility, child and spousal support, property division, and child protection matters.

Marchetti Family Law resolves cases through negotiated settlement, mediation, arbitration, collaborative family law, or litigation. Its approach is built around three principles: trust, compassion, and respect. Marchetti is an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation, a Panel Member with the Office of the Children's Lawyer since 2014, and has served as a Dispute Resolution Officer since 2023. From its office on Fairview Street in Burlington, the firm serves clients across the Southern Ontario, Central East, and Central West Regions, including Toronto.
