About Wendy
Wendy is a commercial litigator with a broad civil litigation practice, guiding individuals and businesses through contract, property, real estate and business disputes, and she also handles estate and construction disputes and administrative law matters. She appears frequently before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and previously practised before Alberta courts. She graduated from the University of Alberta's law program with the silver medal, ranking second in her class, clerked at the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2009. She practised litigation at a firm in Edmonton and later served as counsel to Alberta's Department of Environment, representing statutory decision-makers on environmental appeals. She has practised civil litigation in Kelowna since 2018 and serves as vice-chair of the board of directors for the Kelowna Gospel Mission.
