Wendy Mee is a partner and co-chair of the Privacy group at Blakes, and serves as the National Privacy Officer for the firm. She advises clients across technology, financial services, insurance, life sciences, education, retail and consumer goods industries on privacy law and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, blockchain and machine learning. She counsels on corporate transactions, data flows, cloud computing, marketing and data breaches, and advises on Canada's anti-spam law and contest regulations.
