Victoria Smith is a Toronto-based family lawyer and mediator with over 35 years of experience who has retired from client practice. She co-founded Resolve with her daughter Alexa Turner in 2018 and is a pioneer of the collaborative method of separation in Ontario. She co-authored 'Collaborative Family Law: Another Way to Resolve Family Disputes' and was an Adjunct Professor of Collaborative Lawyering at Osgoode Hall Law School.
