Victor Pilnitz holds a JD from the University of Victoria and completed a program on international investment disputes at the University of Paris-Sorbonne. He has worked as a legal officer with Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the Department of Justice and in the Paris office of a UK 'Magic Circle' firm's international arbitration group, and he has appeared before the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
