About Victor

Victor Miranda founded Integritas Business Law after a career spanning more than 25 years in private practice, government, and academia in Canada and Europe. He is called to the bars of Ontario and Saskatchewan and has worked as a lawyer, legal consultant, and legal researcher, including time with law firms in Canada and Europe, the European Commission, the Faculty of Law of the University of Brussels, the Ontario government, and Ontario Crown agencies. He articled with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General and later practised corporate/commercial and not-for-profit law in Ontario and Saskatchewan firms, also serving as corporate secretary of an Ontario Crown agency. His practice centers on helping business clients think through strategic decisions in plain language. He holds an LLM from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and speaks French, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently, with some knowledge of Dutch and Italian.
