About Victor
Victor A. Sgro is one of the founding partners at Walker Head and chairs the firm's Business Law Group. His practice covers corporate law, business succession planning, debtor and creditor law, security enforcement, and intellectual property. He regularly represents private corporations on asset and share purchase deals, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, wealth transfers, and capital restructurings. Victor has worked with clients across a range of industries, including consumer products, equipment, financial services, food, healthcare, entertainment, and marketing. He earned his LL.B. from York University in 1979.
