About Vanessa
Vanessa joined the firm as a Real Estate Associate in March 2024 and concentrates on residential real estate transactions, closing roughly 50 deals a month covering title transfers, refinances, purchases and sales. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto in 2009, then studied law at the University of Birmingham in the UK, and was called to the bar in June 2015. Since 2021 she has mentored and assessed students in the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University, and she sits on the board of the Durham Region Law Association.
