About Tracey
Tracey Hardie was called to the Ontario bar in 2016 and focuses strictly on family law, with an emphasis on alternatives to litigation such as negotiation, mediation and collaborative practice. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014, where she completed a mediation intensive program and conducted mediations at Toronto's small claims court as part of her training, and earned an Honours degree in Women and Gender Studies and Sociology from the University of Toronto. She completed her mediation certification and internship in 2018/2019 and is a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators, assisting families both privately and through court-connected services. She is a proud member of the Métis community.
