About Tom
Tom Forss holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law and has practised criminal law exclusively since his call to the bar. His trial work spans assault, sexual assault, drug trafficking, firearms offences and manslaughter and murder charges, in both Provincial and Supreme Court, including judge-alone and jury trials. He was co-counsel on three homicide trials, in Nelson, Kelowna and Vancouver, BC. Before law school he worked for years as a carpenter and heavy equipment operator, including four summers in the Arctic.
