About Todd
Todd Strang practises primarily in corporate and commercial law at KMSC Law LLP, with a focus on corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, sales and acquisitions, and commercial financing. Raised in Lawn, Newfoundland, he earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1997, an MBA and Bachelor of Law from the University of New Brunswick in 2001, and an LLM in corporate and securities law from the University of London in 2012, later completing CPA Canada's In-Depth Tax Course in 2020. Todd joined the firm in 2004 and is a member of the Law Societies of Newfoundland and Labrador, Alberta, and British Columbia. He was awarded the Queen's Platinum Jubilee medal in 2022 for his volunteer work, including a decade as Trustee of the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation.
