About Todd

Todd was born and raised in Lloydminster and joined the firm, then Politeski Strilchuk Milen, as an articling student in 2006, becoming a partner in 2008. He holds a B.Comm from the University of Alberta (2000), majoring in small business and entrepreneurship, and a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan (2006). He was called to the Alberta and Saskatchewan bars in 2007 and later completed a Chartered Professional Accountant credential focused on income tax for the general practitioner (2017). His practice covers real estate purchases and sales, farmland sales and land tenders, corporate reorganizations and start-ups, agribusiness and oil and gas matters, wills, probate and estate administration, and business acquisitions and sales for sole proprietors, corporations, franchise owners and non-profit organizations.
