About Dora

Dora Simonin is counsel at Simonin Law, with a focus on family law, real estate, wills and estates, and agriculture law. Simonin holds a First-Class Honours degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law. Simonin previously worked for Legal Aid in Saskatchewan, including in remote northern fly-in communities, handling family law, child protection, and criminal defence matters. Simonin has worked with farmers and producers on operating systems and succession plans, and has assisted with asset purchases and sales, land leases, and related business and family law issues. Simonin has argued matters in both the Saskatchewan and Alberta Court of Justice and Court of King's Bench, and Simonin Law has provided pro bono legal counsel to volunteer and not-for-profit organizations.
