About Kubashnee

Kubashnee moved to Lloydminster, Alberta in 2006 from Durban, South Africa. She completed a BA (Law) and an LLB with distinction at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and was admitted as a lawyer to the South African High Court in 2000, later completing a Canadian equivalent law degree through the National Committee on Accreditation. She joined the firm in 2015 and practises commercial and corporate law, including business sales and acquisitions, share and asset transactions, franchise agreements, and shareholder and lease agreements, along with guardianship, adoption, real estate, wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, family law and debt collection matters. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association, and volunteers with organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Lloydminster Pro Bono Legal Clinic.
