About Timothy

Timothy T. Culbert is a partner at Purvis Culbert Law, where his practice centers on family law along with real estate transactions, wills and estate planning, corporate and commercial matters, and employment law disputes. He has appeared before the New Brunswick Provincial Court, the Canada Labour Board, and the Court of Queen's Bench. Culbert earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in 2011 and was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2012. He also holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Mary's University, and worked as a legislative intern at the Ontario Legislature. He has published on mental health law reform in New Brunswick and has been active in the Woodstock community, including as President of the Greater Woodstock Chamber of Commerce, President of the Woodstock Dog Park Association, and a member of the Woodstock Rotary Club.
