About Tim

Tim Vanular has practised law since 1982 and spent over 30 years in private practice in the Durham Region before retiring. Before entering private practice, he worked as Solicitor for General Motors in its International Legal Department and served as Director of its Real Estate Department, focusing on land acquisition, development, and leasing, and earlier still he was a Crown Attorney and a litigation lawyer with the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto. Over his career Tim practised family and criminal law, and his practice has more recently centred on real estate, estate, and corporate law. He has led seminars on estate planning and new home buying and written articles for Dream Homes Magazine. He studied at the University of Toronto and Western University.
