About Stephanie

Stephanie Turnham has practised as a litigation lawyer for over 15 years and now heads the Litigation practice at Vanular Lawyers. She represents both corporate and individual clients across commercial and civil litigation matters, focusing on pragmatic advice that helps clients get through often stressful situations while aiming for cost-effective outcomes. Stephanie has extensive experience appearing before all levels of court in Ontario, and some of her cases have been cited as precedent by the courts. She grew up in Durham Region, earned her BA in psychology and philosophy with distinction from Queen's University, and completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School before returning to Durham Region, where she now lives with her family.
