About Tim

Tim Timpano is a business, real estate, and employment lawyer, and a Certified Specialist in Corporate and Commercial Law with the Law Society of Ontario. He represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers in real estate transactions, and his business practice covers incorporations, purchase and sale transactions, reorganizations, succession planning, and shareholder agreements. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario and completed his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School.
