About Tim
Tim Lee is an associate focused on family law, bringing a background in employment and civil litigation to his practice. He articled at his current firm, rotating through the Employment, Civil Litigation and Family Law departments before joining as an associate upon his call to the bar in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and a minor in Biology from the University of Waterloo and earned his Juris Doctor from Western Law, where he took part in the Community Legal Services Family Law Team and various moots. He summered at the Family Responsibility Office with the Ministry of the Attorney General, gaining research, drafting and litigation experience, and before law school he worked as an English instructor in South Korea. He now serves as a board member with the Durham Association for Family Resources and Support.
