About Tilda

Tilda M. Roll was called to the Bar in 1993 and worked at several firms before opening her own practice in 2001. Her mediation and arbitration work serves clients throughout Toronto, York Region, and the Central East and West regions of Ontario. Since 2014 she has served as a Dispute Resolution Officer within the Superior Court in Toronto, Newmarket, and Barrie, helping litigants settle disputes before they reach a motion or trial. Tilda trained in mediation with Stitt Feld Handy and holds a Qualified Arbitrator designation from the ADR Institute of Ontario. She completed collaborative practice training in 2018 and is currently working toward the Certified Family Mediator designation.
