Thomas W. Brown graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995. After 4 years at Martin Hillyer Bryant and Bryant & Associates, he established his own practice in March 1999. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial work, including incorporations, buying and selling businesses, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts. He also handles commercial litigation, construction liens, and personal services including estate planning, real estate, and domestic contracts.
