About Theresa

Theresa Wilhelm is a family and estate lawyer with two decades of legal experience, helping individuals and families navigate separation, divorce and estate matters. Theresa Wilhelm began a legal career in the Region of Waterloo before founding Wilhelm Family Law in 2015, after relocating to Lucan, Ontario. Since 2010, Theresa Wilhelm has focused on collaborative family law, working with other collaborative professionals to help separating couples resolve parenting, property and financial issues outside of court. The practice also includes estate planning and administration, preparing wills and powers of attorney and guiding families through the legal steps following a loved one's death.
