Wilhelm Family Law is a family-focused firm based in London, Ontario, with appointments also available in nearby Lucan. Theresa Wilhelm, a barrister and solicitor with two decades of legal experience, founded the firm in 2015 after building a legal career in the Region of Waterloo. The firm has focused on collaborative family law since 2010, a process where each spouse works with their own lawyer to reach a resolution outside the courtroom rather than through litigation. Wilhelm Family Law's practice covers separation and divorce, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements, adoption, and fertility law, including surrogacy and sperm donor agreements, along with wills, powers of attorney and estate administration. The firm doesn't handle estate litigation.

Kathryn Gilbert, a barrister and solicitor, joined the firm in 2020 after earning a law degree from Western University with a concentration in family and estate law, and completed collaborative law training that same year. Lindsay Neale joined Wilhelm Family Law in October 2021 as a family, wills and estate law clerk, bringing more than ten years of family law experience and a Law Clerk diploma from Fanshawe College. Wilhelm Family Law also offers pre- and post-separation consultations and takes part in a team-based mediation service in Chatham, Ontario, alongside a financial neutral mediator, a family mediator and a divorce coach.
