About Tara

Tara Cassidy has practiced personal injury law in Calgary for more than two decades, representing individuals and families across three generations of some client families. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 1997 and the Manitoba Bar in 1996. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Manitoba Law School in 1995 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Winnipeg in 1992. She volunteered at the University of Manitoba Law Centre while a student and articled at Wolch Pinx Tapper Scurfield before moving to Alberta, where she has appeared in courts from Fort McMurray to Medicine Hat, Peace River, and Lethbridge. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Canadian Bar Association.
