About Tammy

Tammy Nicholson draws on 26 years of legal experience to resolve family law issues in a sensitive, cost-effective manner. Her practice covers matrimonial and common-law property, divorce, parenting arrangements, and child, spousal, and partner support, along with separation, cohabitation, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. A qualified mediator, she frequently guides clients through mediation, arbitration, and judicial dispute resolution, and she serves as a Dispute Resolution Officer with Alberta Justice. She was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1998 and the Alberta Bar in 1999.
