About Corinne

Corinne Lambert has practiced as a lawyer specializing in occupational health and safety since being called to the Barreau du Québec in 2000. Lambert advises employers on workplace health and safety issues and represents them before the CNESST, the Direction de la révision administrative, and the Tribunal administratif du travail. Lambert's career began at the CSST's legal affairs department, followed by two firms specializing in the management and prevention of workplace injuries, before opening an independent practice nearly fifteen years ago. Work includes claims management, cost transfer and imputation disputes, inspection and prevention matters, and penal prosecutions, along with training delivered to employers on health and safety obligations. Lambert holds an LL.L. in law from UQAM, earned in 1998.
