Immigration LawTamara Mosher-Kuczer is the founder of Lighthouse Immigration Law, a boutique Ottawa-area firm specializing in Canadian immigration law. She is recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a Certified Specialist in Canadian Citizenship and Immigration Law and has been included in Best Lawyers Canada since 2018. She has practiced immigration law exclusively since 2009, advising individuals, families, and companies on work permits, labour market impact assessments, permanent residency, and citizenship applications across a range of industries. Mosher-Kuczer has served the Canadian Bar Association's Immigration Section as an Executive Member and Volunteer Coordinator since 2016, and has been the Section's IRCC Portal Coordinator since 2021; she is also active with the Ontario Bar Association's Immigration Section. Originally from Montreal, she is fluent in French. She holds a J.D. from Dalhousie University, a Licence en Droit from the University of Ottawa, and a B.A. from McGill University.
