T. David Marshall
David Marshall has over a decade of experience focused on litigation and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and various tribunals. His work includes estate litigation, contractual disputes, defamation, and property disputes, along with administrative and telecommunications matters. He's the current President of the Haldimand Law Association and holds a law degree from Sheffield Hallam University, a Bachelor of Laws from Carleton University, and a Master of Laws from the University of Ottawa.
