About Steve

Steve Marsan holds an LL.B. and has more than 18 years of experience before Quebec's administrative tribunals. He completed a technical diploma in legal techniques in 1999 and began working as a legal technician in 1996 with his father Paul Marsan's company, PM Consultants. In 2000 he began a law degree at Université de Sherbrooke and obtained his professional licence from the Barreau du Québec in 2004. In 2008 he took over the family business after his father's death following a long illness, and in 2013 the company became Marsan Avocat inc. to meet Barreau du Québec requirements. Since then he has focused his practice on representing workers, drivers and claimants before CNESST, SAAQ, IVAC and Retraite Québec, as well as civil disability insurance matters.
