About Michel

Michel Lachance founded his own law practice in Repentigny in 1994, after being admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1985 and gaining years of prior experience. He holds a law degree from the Université Laval and served as a councillor of the Barreau de Laurentides-Lanaudière from 2008 to 2010. His practice covers business law, including start-ups, commercial leases, chattel mortgages, latent defects, business restructuring and insurance litigation, as well as real estate law, construction law, and family law, and he is an accredited mediator. He is active in the Chambre de Commerce de la MRC de l'Assomption and has volunteered for the Fondation Mira for many years.
