Stephen was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1997 after earning his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1995. His practice concentrates on complex civil litigation, particularly personal injury claims on behalf of plaintiffs, including motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability disputes, occupier's liability, and accident benefits claims. He appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and has argued matters before the Court of Appeal.
