Stephen is a senior named partner and criminal defence lawyer in the Region of Waterloo, and he helped found the Mental Health Court at the Kitchener courthouse. He's appeared before every level of court in Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
