Stephanie M. Ruta practises corporate and commercial law, representing clients from entrepreneurs to small, medium, and large corporations. She handles incorporations and corporate organization, shareholder, partnership, and licence agreements, share and asset acquisitions across industries including healthcare, hospitality, insurance, and professional services, and corporate restructuring including estate freezes and share exchanges.
