About Staci
Staci Tannahill-Smith practices family and estates law in Calgary and is also trained as a mediator, arbitrator, and legal coach. Since being called to the bar she has practiced exclusively in family and estates matters, drafting wills, powers of attorney and personal directives, cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, and handling direct placement and step-parent adoption applications. She also guides clients through separation and divorce, often using collaborative and mediation-based processes rather than litigation. Tannahill-Smith is originally from British Columbia and attended law school at the University of Calgary.
