About Spencer
Spencer was born and raised in Grande Prairie, Alberta. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Victoria and a law degree from the University of Calgary. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial real estate, acting for both buyers and sellers and handling matters from due diligence through closing. Before practicing law, Spencer worked as a fishing guide in northern Saskatchewan and remains involved in not-for-profit initiatives in his community.
