About Sophie

Sophie Colangelo practises employment law, advising senior, executive, and mid-level employees on the complexities of termination, severance, negotiated settlements, wrongful dismissal, and workplace complaints. She also advises clients on employment contracts, non-competition clauses, and non-solicitation clauses. Colangelo serves as a board member of the Cosmodôme, supporting its mission to promote science education in the community.
