About Simon

Simon Cox is an associate in Koskie Minsky's Civil Litigation group, with a practice centred on construction-related disputes and commercial litigation. He also handles cross-border litigation matters, including enforcing foreign judgments and letters rogatory in Canada. Before joining the firm, he practiced at a well-known Toronto litigation firm, appearing before courts at every level in Ontario. His experience spans construction and infrastructure disputes, professional negligence, insurance coverage and defence, employment and tort matters. He holds a J.D. from Western University (2016) and a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto (2012), and was called to the Ontario bar in 2017.
