About Sidney
Sidney Zarabi is a criminal defence lawyer at 10(B) Criminal Law Center in St. Catharines, representing clients at all stages of the criminal process before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. His practice covers bail hearings through to full trials, including assault, drug and weapons offences, theft, fraud, impaired and dangerous driving, firearms offences, sexual assault, robbery, drug trafficking and homicide-related charges. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, the Criminal Lawyers' Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association roster, and he represents clients through Legal Aid Ontario. Zarabi has a background in mental health law and youth criminal justice, and he has written published commentary on Niagara's detention centre capacity and its Mental Health and Drug Treatment Court.
