About Shoib

Shoib Rabbani founded Médicaloi and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2009. He practises corporate and commercial law with a focus on health professionals, including the sale and acquisition of dental, medical and optometry clinics and pharmacies, professional incorporations, business successions, corporate reorganizations for tax efficiency, and estate and retirement planning. Before founding Médicaloi, his experience included international negotiation of petroleum contracts, technology transfers, trademark portfolio management, and mergers and acquisitions, and he helped businesses expand into and establish operations in Canada and abroad, including in the Middle East, India and China. He holds an LL.B. in Civil Law from the Université de Montréal (2007) and a B.Sc. in Physiology from McGill University (2003). He is a member of the Quebec Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Lord Reading Law Society, and serves as counsel to non-profit organizations supporting young healthcare professionals in Quebec.
