About Sharon

Sharon Ohayon is a solicitor focused on all aspects of commercial real estate, advising landowners, developers, builders, landlords, tenants, joint venturers and private lenders on the purchase, sale and financing of industrial, commercial, retail, residential and hotel properties. She also acts for landlords and tenants on a range of leasing matters and advises on land development, subdivision and mixed-use projects. Sharon earned her LLB from the University of Alberta in 2008 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2009. She teaches a course on commercial real estate at the University of Alberta's School of Business and is a Member-at-Large of the CBA's Commercial Property & Leasing subsection and a past president of Edmonton CREW. Outside of her professional life, she is a passionate traveller, enjoys making pottery and is a dinosaur enthusiast.
