About Shaiq

Shaiq Khan joined Maysyuk Law Professional Corporation in August 2025 and practises civil, family, corporate and estate law. He works on matters such as divorce and parenting arrangements, business structuring and shareholder agreements, wills and estate planning, and civil disputes, aiming for practical solutions that protect clients' long-term interests. Shaiq earned a B.A.LL.B (Hons) from Panjab University in 2019 and later completed a business management and human resources credential at Lambton College in 2022. He has been a member of the Bar Council of India since 2019 and was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2025.
