Sepehr is the founder and Principal of Balmoral Law Professional Corporation. A securities and capital markets lawyer, he holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and completed his articling at Baker & McKenzie in Toronto. He previously served as Senior Manager of Listings at the Toronto Stock Exchange and is admitted to the Ontario Bar.
