About Scott

Scott joined the firm in 1988 and has spent more than three decades focused on real estate, corporate and estate matters for his clients. He holds a B.A. and an LL.B., both from the University of Saskatchewan (1988), and was called to the Alberta bar in 1989 and the Saskatchewan bar in 1990. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in Alberta in 2022 in recognition of his career. Scott has lectured for the Legal Education Society of Alberta on farm tax, estate planning and business topics, and has served on several community boards, including Rotary International, the Lloydminster Health District Bio-Ethics Committee and the FCSS Advisory Committee.
