About Scott

Scott Parks is a barrister and solicitor in British Columbia and is also licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon, Georgia, and Florida, where he is a board-certified trial lawyer. He is president and a founding partner of his trial law firm, formed in 1990, and has tried more than 50 jury trials to conclusion along with thousands of mediated settlements. He focuses on vehicle accidents, personal injury claims, unsafe drug and product recall cases, and medical malpractice lawsuits, with particular experience in cross-border car accident cases involving Canadian and U.S. citizens. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, was board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar in 2001, and earned his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia.
