About Sarj
Sarj Gosal leads Gosal & Company as its Managing Lawyer, focusing exclusively on WorkSafeBC claims and appeals since 1993. Born and raised in Vancouver, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 1988 and his LLB in 1992, both from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the bar in May 1993. He has represented more than 5,800 injured workers and has been qualified to give oral expert evidence on workers' compensation matters before the British Columbia Supreme Court. He is frequently consulted by other lawyers in BC on WorkSafeBC issues. He is a member of the Law Society of BC and the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch).
