About Sarah

Sarah Grewal is the founder and principal lawyer at Grewal Litigation, practising criminal defence across all levels of British Columbia's courts and also handling family law and refugee claims. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from UBC's Allard School of Law, where she held leadership roles in student organizations. She serves as Vice President of the Surrey Bar Association and is a member of the Trial Lawyers of British Columbia and the South Asian Bar Association. She is also on the roster of the South Asian Legal Clinic of BC.
