Sarah focuses her practice on commercial litigation and professional liability and regulation, acting for companies, institutions, government entities, and professionals. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and has acted as both defence and class counsel in class actions. Before co-founding Corman Feiner LLP, she was a partner in the litigation group at McCarthy Tétrault LLP.
